Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Eligible Items

Items eligible for return include products that were delivered damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Eligible Items

Custom-made or made-to-order products (such as custom sofas, curtains, or wallpapers cut to size) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange for the same value if your preferred product is available. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
